Kalahari Sands

This is my latest bracelet design. I usually take pics on a white background, but these 'Crystal brandy' Swarovskis show up better on a colored background.

I grew up in the Kalahari, and during the winter the desert sand is covered in patches of golden savannah grass.

When the rains come, the desert floor erupts with masses of wild flowers.

Bright feathers

This bracelet is a Native American design. It was done in square stitch by Nancy Binckley.
The pattern can also be stitched on a loom.

I've just finished making these gorgeous little pearl and crystal dragonflies. They look so delightful on, I'm thinking of making a few pairs in different colors.

I'm busy making the pattern now and it should be up on my website in a couple of days.

Stargazing bracelet

This is my Stargazing pattern. It is a night sky framed by a window trellis. The bracelet was done in peyote stitch by Jax.

This is my 'Feathers Peyote' pattern. This bracelet was stitched by Beth Rudy. She made a lovely peyote toggle clasp. I gave away the bracelet I made from this pattern and didn't get to take a picture of it.

I'm busy with..... the 3D Garland Bracelet

I have just finished making this pearl and crystal bracelet. It is a 3D design because one layer of crystals and pearls sits on top of another.
The top layer has Amethyst crystals and gold pearls and the bottom layer has Violet crystals and cream pearls.
Drawing it up is going to be a challenge... but that's part of the fun!
